Somatic Flow - Small Group Classes
Somatic Movement Intelligence and Meditation classes, taught through the lens of Somatic Experiencing, are held in my home studio, Casa Buena. This is a gentle movement of sequences that I developed through years of study and exploration, drawing from my Movement Intelligence background. combined with Hatha Yoga and Somatic Experiencing. Through guided movement, you will have a clear experiential understanding of how your unique nervous system moves and self regulates. These open sessions work with the primal movements of Movement Intelligence and the fundamental principles of Somatic Experiencing, providing practical, simple tools and tips for Nervous system self care.
Personal 1:1 Sessions
By providing a personalized, sacred, and safe environment, an opportunity for exploration & integration emerges. Together we will focus on exploring with curiosity, kindness, and self-compassion, for the purpose of the resolution of trauma. Sessions work towards building greater resilience and capacity in the nervous system for the challenges of daily life, and for the pure enjoyment of resting in ones own natural embodied presence.
A healthy nervous system has more capacity to move between states of being, to regulate & co-regulate.
